Fritz Schminke was head of the pasta factory Loeser & Richter in Löbau, Germany, until the outbreak of war in 1939.
Schminke was the owner of the Schminke House, built in Löbau in 1933, which was used as a residence by him and his family.
In 1946, his factory was expropriated and Schminke left the GDR to become an authorized signatory at the food company Harry Trüller GmbH in Celle.
