Pierre Jeanneret

He began his career as an architect with his well-known cousin Le Corbusier, who bore the same name.The two designed buildings together and also created the Five Points of Architecture. These are also known as Le Corbusier's Five Points of Architecture. In all respects, he stood in his cousin's shadow.

The two separated in 1940, as Pierre Jeannerete decided to join the resistance due to the German occupation of France.After World War II, together with other architects, they designed the city of Chandigarh in India, which has the characteristics of classical modernism.
