History
We do not have sufficient information about this building. It replaced the Muscat Motors building from the 1920s, which was destroyed by bombing in World War II. The shop was given over to the British Royal Air Force for maintaining Spitfire plane engines. Since this building opened in 1945, it is reasonable to assume that construction began in 1944. The listed building, since 2012, is still used as a show room for cars and motorbikes.
