Free trade union-cooperative housing welfare in the German Weimar Republic. It formed a network of real estate companies operating across the empire for the non-profit construction of small apartments. It existed e.g. the MIWOG in Leipzig and the GEWOG in Dresden.

The flats were intended for civil servants, employees and workers. The countrywide movement started in Berlin with city planning council and architect Martin Wagner.
