Moravec was a student at the Prague Technical University. He worked with Tomáš Pražák. The two architects were quiet productive and most of the buildings are in Prague.
Their company faced many problems, after a house in the street Na Poříčí, Prague collapsed in 1928 and 46 construction workers died. He went to prison, the company later was renewed.
