Kamil Ossendorf was a student of Pavel Janák in Prague between 1928 and 1931 and opened his own studio. He was a member of several left-wing associations and studied the work of Le Corbusier. In Prague he designed apartment houses for the working class. Later, in 1967, he designed parts of the hospital in Most.
