After graduating from Technical Faculty (in Zagreb?) he joint the architectuarl office of Hans Poelzig in Berlin in 1931. He co-operated for the German factory IG Farben.

He received many impulses from Poelzig for his work in Yugoslavia, where he returned in 1932. He was successful in planning buildings, some of them where realized in Zagreb. But in 1936 he committed suicide. So he no longer found out that he won the first prize for the Coatian Cultural Centre in Rijeka.
