František Barták studied in Prague. In the 1930s he lived in Mladá Boleslav. He was active in the town and its surroundings. After World war II he went to Bratislava to join a state company. But already in 1954 he reutrned to Mladá Boleslav to start a career as a developer at the Škoda company.
