Alfred Frederik Elias Grenander

July 14, 1931

After studying architecture in Stockholm and Berlin, Alfred Grenander started to work for the Berlin underground (Berliner Hoch- und Untergrundbahn) in 1902. Besides his constructions for houses and churches, we are focusing his constructions and designs for the Berlin underground. Until his death in 1931 he realized 70 stations, like the famous Hermannplatz station.
