Due to the size of the house, it can be assumed that the architect and designer Vlastimil Brožek was doing very well financially. Next to the villa's entrance is a garage. The ground floor houses three rooms, the kitchen and a bathroom. There is another shower on the small top floor. Two roof terraces are designed on that level. Around 1930 it was already common practice to install a shower next to roof terraces to refresh after sunbathing. A third small terrace is designed above the round oriel as part of the east facade. That could be a nice place for a drink in the morning. The interior of the house, in which many of the original features have been preserved, is furnished to a high standard, such as oak parquet and wood paneling.
This website shows some further interesting pictures. It is said, that the swimming pool in the garden is original. It is cladded with the same ceramics as the villa.
