A generously designed corner house with a curve that makes it appear elegant. A very similar house was built in the same year by architect Gedeon Gerlóczy not too far from this location.
As this intersection is less narrow, the house can be better perceived and has a stronger impact. The shops on the ground floor lead to the first floor, which is an extension of the shops. Flats have been inserted on the upper floors. Balconies on both sides of the building, designed with the difference, that they are set back along Rumbach Sebestyén utca, whereas on Madách Imre út they are very much in front of the building.
The building is supported by a concrete structure on pillars.
