History

Built between 1930 and 1932 those villas in this street characterised the future modern architecture of Norway. The architect Arne Korsmo opened an architectural office with Sverre Aasland immediately after his Grand Tour. This residential area is therefore one of the first products of the knowledge he brought with him from Central, Southern and Western Europe.
