A corner house, which consists of three structures with three entrances. The central, very conspicuous structure stands on the street corner. It is rounded and decorated with ribbon windows, that can be opened as casement windows in the middle. Four oriel zones follow from this central part of the building along Anglická Street (south facade). In this neighbouring block, the 7th floor is set back slightly, creating roof terraces. On the east facade in Italská Street, balconies (loggias) are used instead of oriels, and roof terraces are also inserted on the 7th floor of this third part of the building. The ground floor is used for shops and a post office. The ground floor zone is visually separated from the flat areas. The shops are framed by white and black opaxite and closed off by an awning. The upper floors of the house are plastered.
