The first floor is elaborated as one zone, a public space was most probably located there. This is followed by three floors with a central strip windows and balconies flanking them on the left and right. On the third and fourth floors, the small curves on the balconies are a very characteristic element of the architectural form of the interwar period, that a round element is combined with angular forms. In a functional sense it would be conceivable , that a plant could stand in the semi-circles. Or a curious person...
