Description

The three houses are built step-line. Number 18 has five floors and a shop on the ground floor, which protrudes slightly from the building surface as a porch. The longer middle block has four floors, number 14 only three floors. This lowest building was set up at a 90-degree angle and optically finishs the block. The balconies were placed impectfully on the corner, which is the most unfavorable weather and light side.

History

The houses were built in 1930 and 1931. They are similar to the nearby housing estate G.W.F.

The house around the corner at Lessingstraße 1 was built by the same developer in 1923.
