On the street front to Brandvorwerkstr. the bathroom windows are a nicely T-shaped. The second staircase in Steinstraße with a ribbon windows as a typical element of modernism in architecture.
The block Brandvorwerkstraße 66/Steinstraße 6 is covered with a flat roof and block No. 68 with a low pitched gamble roof.

This block was built in 1930 and handed over to live in it in 1931. It was the third and last apartment block designed by Lutz Friedrich at Brandvorwerkstraße.
Clearly visable are the bullet holes in the plaster, dating back to World War II.
