Josef Weisskopf was the director of the Vít Fürth & Son sugar and chocolate factory in České Budějovice. Like his wife Julie Gertruda Weisskopf and their two sons Jiří and Petr, he was deported by the Nazis because of his Jewish origins and murdered in the Izbica ghetto.
