Founded in 1919 as Deutsche Mineralöl-Vertriebsgesellschaft mbH, abbreviated to Minex, the company opened garages in Berlin, including the now-demolished Excelsior Garages. Unfortunately, very little information about the firm has survived. In 2002, it relinquished the lease on the Holtzendorff Garage site.
