Robert Simm

Robert Simm graduated as an engineer in 1912. In 1924 he was employed as a building official by the postal administration. He attained high positions in the postal service and became a member of the postal ministry. During the period of National Socialism in Germany, he retained all his offices without having problems after the end of World War II.
