Unfornuantly we do not have so many information about Pavel Krat. Some sources call him an Ukrainian, others a Russian emigrée in Belgrade.
He drawn the plans of the State publishing house in Belgrade. After World War II he rebuilt the Belgrade post office at Savska Street, that was damaged during World War II.
But after the split of Yugoslavia and the Soviet Union in 1948 he as an Stalinst, was not welcome in Jugoslavia anymore. According to the document "Приче о Београду - Бела тачка на црвеном платну" he was sended to deeth to Siberia.
