Béla Tauszig completed his architectural studies in 1908. Shortly after he gained experience in reinforced concrete construction. Zsigmond Róth became his close professional partner, with whom he ran an office between 1910 and 1914 and again from 1926 to 1945. After World War I, he worked for the Hungarian railway company MÁV. He designed residential buildings for railway employees.
