The clear structuring of the building masses creates a calming effect, looking at this house. The basic structure of the house is a typical design of Victor Fürth's architecture. The area at the corner of Petrská Street and Petrské náměstí, i.e. the central areas are highlighted by an oriel. The casement windows are connected here to form short ribbon windows, according to the size of the room. To either side are the slightly recessed areas where, seen in a vertical line, the shorter casement windows are located. The two upper floors are set back in the shape of a pyramid, giving space for roof terraces. The ground floor is used by a restaurant. It takes advantage of the vertical sliding windows, which, in addition to good ventilation, are very charming.
