Description

The house was built on a steep slope. As a result, the south-west, lower part of the house has eight storeys and the upper part seven storeys. Several elements of modern architecture were used in the interior and for the residents. For example, adjustable partition walls were installed in the flats. This allowed the rooms to be adapted according to requirements or the number of residents. The principle of sunlight was applied to the balconies and the roof terrace in order to provide people with sufficient light for relaxation.
