Poříska's second draft was realized as a construction of reinforced concrete standing on pillars. The house's design is a mixture of glass, ceramics and letterings. The ground floor is used for shops. The first floor housed until the 1970s a café. On the second until fourth floor is space for two apartments. The owner's apartment was originally on the top of the building on the fifth and sixth floor with the roof terrace. Besides to this, on the fifth floor were three further little apartments.
By extending the house over the building line from the second floor in the shape of an oriel, the house has a dramatic design. In addition, the windows are larger at this height, so that it almost gives the impression that the house could tip over.
The idea of a boss is distunguished by the house's shape of a ship. The top floor is designed like a command bridge and the terraces's railing is similar to a ship's rail.
