The construction area is not even. The north side is much longer than the south side, so that the building is not a rectangle. The south side faces the railway embankment and has no windows, while the east side borders the neighbouring property. That's why the north and west facades were architecturally emphasised at the junction. These two sides are designed as mostly similar cubes, striving towards the tower in the middle. Long, fixed windows are inserted in both parts of the facade. The tower emerges at the north-west corner. Instead of the today's wooden cladding, there used to be a illuminated sign with the name of the cinema. For building the house was used a steel frame construction that was filled up with bricks. The windows above the entrance area, forming a glassed balcony, were most likely created after 1945. On pictures from the early years, an open terrace can be seen at this point.
In May 2014, the cinema was opened for one day in the hope of finding a new owner for the building. Unfortunately, nothing has come of it so far. Photos of that day can be found here.
