A lot of the original features have been preserved in and around the house: Almost everything on the exterior, even the wooden shutters. The house is accessed from the street via a staircase.
The caretaker's flat and the utility area of the house were once located in the basement. The ground floor mainly housed the communal rooms such as the kitchen, dining room and children's play area. Václav Budil's room was also located on the ground floor. The garden was accessed via a winter garden. A terrace was attached above the winter garden on the first floor, where all bedrooms, bathrooms and toilets were integrated. This layout is very typical for a villa of this period.
The architect designed built-in wardrobes for the interior, which are still present, and a wooden staircase.
