The houses No. 34 and 36 were built by the the cooperative Gemeinnützige Wohnungsgenossenschaft Greiz, which was founded as Spar- und Bauverein für Greiz und Umgebung. They were designed by Paul Schraps.
This block was planned as a part of small housing estate, which was never realised.
